🔹 Return Shipping Process

If a customer wishes to return an item, the following process will apply:

1. The customer must contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

2. Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be shared.

3. The customer will securely pack the item in its original packaging.

4. The item can be returned via a courier service.

5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

🔹 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Rizmad.Collection.
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
